WE are YOUR new HOMETOWN RETAILER

We are relaunching the business to serve you, the customer. We are a completely new company, with a new management team, that acquired the brand in September 2018. The transition to new ownership means that certain stores and services will not be available for a period of time. However, we are doing our best to ensure that we offer the most beloved parts of the former Bon-Ton experience. We’ve already started reopening stores, and we hope to serve you soon. WHAT TO EXPECT OVER THE COMING MONTHS

We are working hard to build the new Bon-Ton. Over the coming months, we’ll be adding new products and brands on a daily basis. Make sure you subscribe to our newsletter in order to stay updated on the new products we add. We also are in the process of opening new stores in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Colorado before the 2018 holidays. We hope to open more stores in 2019.

Our new features

We have already begun to offer several new features that we hope you will be able to enjoy. Our new features include:

• Concierge Shopping Team. Our dedicated team of product and design specialists are available to personally help you find the perfect furniture. Learn more here.

• Lease-To-Own Payment Option. We now offer flexible ways to pay for products in 9 – 12 monthly installments with honest and transparent pricing. Learn more here.

• Expanded Furniture and Appliances Selection. Our new selection includes top brands like Whirlpool, Samsung, and Ashley Furniture, as well as an extensive selection of smaller, independent brands. Learn more here.

YOUR REWARDS STORE CARD & LOYALTY REWARDS FAQ

Q: Can I still use my Your Rewards store card?

A: No, the Loyalty Rewards Store Cards (Private Label Credit Cards) are no longer accepted. However, we will be launching a new Store Card in the coming months. Please sign up for our newsletter to learn more.

Q: Will customers continue to earn or be able to use loyalty rewards, including YOUR REWARDS and LoveStyle Rewards, for purchases made in stores?

A: The loyalty rewards programs were discontinued in April 2018, so you currently will not earn loyalty rewards for your purchases. However, we will be launching a new rewards program in the coming months. Please sign up for our newsletter to learn more.
